We are proud to announce the majority acquisition of Botanic Pharma, a company specializing in natural and effective dietary supplements, subject to regulatory approvals.

This expansion allows us to broaden our product portfolio in European and African markets while enhancing our capacity to export innovative and high-quality health products.

Furthermore, Botanic Pharma has obtained all the necessary certifications for the development of cannabis-based products in Morocco.
